In the back-office: an administrator opens
QuickBooks → Configuration → Connections and clicks
Disconnect.
At Intuit: from your Intuit account's Connected Apps
page (appcenter.intuit.com), disconnect the app there.
What happens
The OAuth grant is revoked with Intuit, so the Integration can no longer read
your QuickBooks data. Stored access and refresh tokens are purged immediately.
Synchronization stops. Previously mirrored records are retained read-only so your
historical reporting keeps working — request deletion at any time at
[email protected]
and they are removed.
You can reconnect later; syncing resumes from current QuickBooks data.
